The International Offices of the three participating universities are the links between XENOS and the universities:
- They advise students seeking help and are the first point of contact for them when submitting applications.
- They promote the XENOS idea in and around their university in order to attract additional donations.
- They recruit new members for XENOS.
- They support the XENOS committees in the implementation of their tasks (board, funding committee).
- They represent XENOS at non-university events.
